Hello, I'm Dr. Meredith Calvert

I’m Meredith, a Ph.D biologist, yoga and breathwork instructor, and retreat leader based in the East Bay, CA.

I help people move through hesitation and anxiety into awe and joy, whether on the yoga mat, deep in the ocean, or out on a mountain trail.

With over 1,000 hours of teaching and hundreds of students in my workshops and retreats, I weave together ancient yoga traditions with modern neuroscience to create practices that are accessible, empowering, and deeply restorative.

I help men and women transform limiting belief systems, shift trauma through yoga therapy, IFS, Parts Work and Neurosculpting so that they find wholeness and live at their highest potential. My mission is to guide and support this process in a brave space with honesty and authenticity.
